How Fast, How Late, How Booked
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes. Emergencies don't take weekends off, so neither do we. Weekends and public holidays run on the same terms as any other day. A licensed plumber answers, we talk through what's happening, and we get on-site fast with the cost agreed before any work starts.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes, genuinely. Call at 2am or on a Sunday and you'll speak to a licensed plumber, not an answering machine. Real people answer the phone day or night, so a burst pipe or gas smell never has to wait for business hours.
How fast can you get here?
We aim to be on-site fast once you call. We work Wahroonga and Ku-ring-gai as part of our regular run rather than travelling in from further out. We won't promise a countdown, but we won't leave you guessing either. Call and we'll give you a realistic picture straight away.
What happens after I call?
A licensed plumber picks up and talks through what's going on with your plumbing. We ask enough to know what to bring, then get on-site. Before any tool comes out, you get a price to approve. The price we quote is the price you pay. No exceptions.

Pricing, Explained Honestly
Is the quote really free?
Yes. You get a free, no-obligation quote before anything happens, and there's a $0 Call Out Fee to have a licensed plumber assess the job. Nothing is owed just for having us look at it.
How do your quotes work?
Our plumber inspects the job on-site, then talks you through what needs doing and what it costs before starting. Once you approve it, that's the number on the invoice. No surprises on the invoice, ever.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. It's a $0 Call Out Fee to get a licensed plumber to your Wahroonga home and have the job assessed properly. You only pay once you've approved the cost for the work itself.
Do nights, weekends or public holidays cost extra?
We don't run an overtime model that loads extra cost onto an already stressful call. Whatever time you ring, you get the price agreed before work starts, so what you approve is what you pay, regardless of the hour.

Wahroonga Knowledge
Do tree roots really block drains around Wahroonga?
Very often. Wahroonga's dense canopy of established garden and street trees sends roots into older sewer and stormwater lines. Plenty of pre-war and mid-century homes still run original clay pipes that crack at the joints and let roots in.
Do you work on Wahroonga's apartments and strata blocks?
Yes. Alongside the suburb's older detached houses on large blocks, newer unit buildings have gone in near the station. Both bring us regular callouts, from a single unit's blocked drain to a building's shared stack.
What does heavy rain do to Wahroonga's plumbing?
Wahroonga sits on a ridge, so land falls away steeply into the gullies around it. Stormwater runs fast off the big roofs and paved areas common on large blocks. In an intense downpour, older stormwater pipes can surcharge and back up gully traps on the steeper sites.
Which suburbs do you service?
We cover Wahroonga and reach into Ku-ring-gai's surrounding suburbs, including Turramurra, Hornsby, Normanhurst, Waitara and Thornleigh. If you're nearby and unsure, just call and ask.

Licensing, Insurance and Responsibility
What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?
Our labour, unconditionally. If it's not right, we come back. No questions. No cost. That promise doesn't fade after twelve months or reset when you move on to the next repair.
Can I check your plumbing licence?
Of course. We carry NSW Plumbing Licence #275278C, and every plumber sent to a Wahroonga job is licensed and insured. Ask for the licence number on the phone or have it confirmed on-site, no problem either way.
Who is responsible for a blocked sewer, me or Sydney Water?
It depends where the blockage sits. Everything from your boundary in is generally your responsibility, while the mains beyond it sit with the water authority. If we're not sure which side it's on, we'll check before recommending who you need to call.
What is safe to try myself before you arrive?
For a burst pipe or major leak, turn off the water at the meter and switch off any power near water. For a blocked drain, stop running water into it. If you smell gas, leave the property and call from outside. Do not flick switches or light flames. Beyond that, wait for a licensed plumber.
